As primary lead of acquisitions, Browning takes a detail-obsessed approach to identifying unrecognized value in investment opportunities. His role is integral to the firm's growth and balances rigorous underwriting, professional negotiations, and an understanding of real estate’s overlooked value drivers.

Also orchestrating Asset Management, Investor Relations, and all third party relations, Browning champions clear communication on behalf of the company.

Previously at Aulder Capital, a New York City-based firm, he played a key role in contributing to his team's investment growth in the eastern United States, Portugal, and Greece.
Browning holds a BA in Economics & Business from Sewanee and a Master's in Real Estate Finance from New York University. Outside of work, Browning is an avid outdoorsman who loves backpacking, fly fishing, and skiing.

Notably, Steve has lead in the development of some of the world’s most sophisticated government and commercial facilities. His leadership, commitment, and unparalleled business expertise play an instrumental role in the strategic direction of Third Door Capital.

Also a serial entrepreneur and angel investor, Steve is passionate about growing businesses. This wealth of knowledge Steve offers cements him as the de-facto investment committee for Third Door.

Steve holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Virginia. An active lifestyle enthusiast, he enjoys tennis and pickleball.
